WCHA Announces One-Game Suspension For Bemidji State's Aaron Miller
Sophomore forward will miss Beavers' next NCAA Division I game

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Feb. 11, 2019 – The Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) Men's League office today announced a one-game suspension for Bemidji State sophomore forward Aaron Miller, effective for the Beavers' next NCAA Division I contest.

The suspension is a result of Miller's five-minute major penalty and game misconduct infraction for checking from behind, which occurred at the 8:22 mark of the second period in Bemidji State's game of Saturday, Feb. 9 at Ferris State. Upon review, the hit was delivered in a manner that warranted the suspension.

Bemidji State's next scheduled game is Friday, Feb. 15, at home against Northern Michigan. Miller would be eligible to return for the Beavers' Saturday, Feb. 16 contest at home against NMU.
