WCHA Postseason Ticket Refund Policies

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – March 12, 2020 – Fans seeking refunds for WCHA Playoff tickets should contact their original point of purchase as follows:

Bemidji State

Fans who purchased tickets by credit card will receive an automatic refund credited to the card used for purchase. Fans who paid in cash should visit the Sanford Center box office for refund. For more information, contact the box office at 218-441-4000.

Minnesota State

If ordered online via the MSU direct link your refund will be processed automatically. If you purchased through Ticketmaster.com, your refund will be processed by Ticket Master automatically. Tickets purchased in person at the Mayo Clinic Health Systems Event Center Ticket Office will be refunded at that location. Questions regarding ticket refund process can be directed to the MSU Athletic Office at 507-387-6111.
