The Bulldogs scored their third-straight goal at 19:37 of the middle frame on a five-minute major power play. Junior forward Corey Mackin made a feed to the left wing circle for senior forward Andrew Dorantes, who pushed it back in front where Mackin tapped in his sixth of the year.

The Falcons tied the game at 2:43 of the third when Sam Craggs scored from brother Lukas to knot the game at three goals each.
