MADISON, Wisc. ­ As a result of victories by the University of Minnesota-Duluth and the University of Alaska Anchorage on Sunday (March 14) night, the pairings are set for this week's 2004 Red Baron WCHA Final Five, to be held March 18, 19 and 20 at Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minn.

The No. 2-seeded UMD Bulldogs downed visiting and No. 9-seed Minnesota State, 6-5, Sunday evening to advance while No. 8-seed Alaska Anchorage upset host and No. 3-seed Wisconsin, 4-1, to earn that program's first-ever trip to the WCHA Playoff Championship.

The pairings for the 2004 Red Baron WCHA Final Five at Xcel Energy Center are:

Thursday, March 18:
No. 5 Alaska Anchorage vs No. 4 Colorado College, 7:08 pm CT

Friday, March 19:

Thursday's Winner vs No. 1 North Dakota, 2:08 pm CT
No. 3 Minnesota vs No. 2 Minnesota-Duluth, 7:08 pm CT

Saturday, March 20:
Third Place Game, 2:08 pm CT
Broadmoor Trophy Championship Game, 7:08 pm CT
