Lambeau Field's nickname, "Frozen Tundra," will take on a whole new meaning when the Badgers and the Buckeyes face off at 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 11. A portable rink will be set up on the north half of Lambeau Field. Fans are advised that due to the classic football seating arrangement of Lambeau Field, different viewing angles will exist for the hockey rink. Seats in the lower portion of the bowl will be closer to the action and provide a unique experience, but due to the lower viewing angle, a more limited view of the ice exists. Seats located higher in the bowl will afford fuller views of the ice.
The game will also serve as the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game, with a
portion of the proceeds supporting the Hall of Fame.
