Colorado College Sweeps Into Sole Possession of First Place in WCHA Race; Wisconsin Wins Twice over UAA
Colorado College and Wisconsin were the big gainers in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association over the weekend as the Tigers won twice on the road over Minnesota State, Mankato to take over sole possession of first place while the Badgers swept visiting Alaska Anchorage to climb into a share of third.

Colorado College, Michigan Tech, North Dakota, Wisconsin Earn WCHA Victories
Western Collegiate Hockey Association front-runners Colorado College and North Dakota, along with Michigan Tech and Wisconsin, all earned conference victories on Friday (Nov. 13) evening, with the Tigers and defending MacNaughton Cup champion Fighting Sioux remaining tied for first place as a result.

Minnesota State Gets Quintet of Men's Hockey Commitments During Early Signing Period
Men's hockey coach Troy Jutting has announced that five student-athletes have signed NCAA Letters of Intent to attend Minnesota State University. Committing to MSU during the NCAA early signing period are forwards Josh Berge (Oklahoma City, OK), Chase Grant (Oklahoma City, OK), Corey Leivermann (Mankato, MN), Matt Leitner (Los Alamitos, CA) and Zach Lehrke (Park Rapids, MN).
