OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Amber Fryklund, F, Bemidji State

Amber Fryklund collected six points, including a hat trick, to lead Bemidji State in a sweep over Findlay. For the effort, Fryklund is this week's Western Collegiate Hockey Association Offensive Player of the Week.

The Hibbing, Minn., native scored her third career hat trick to lead the Beavers to a 4-3 win last Friday. Her third goal at 11:29 of the third period broke a 3-3 tie and won the contest.

The senior then recorded a goal and two assists to help BSU earn the sweep with a 5-1 Saturday victory. Fryklund assisted the game-winning goal.

On the weekend, Fryklund recorded four goals and two assists for six points. She also took eight shots and was plus-2 for the series.

This season, the senior has 12 goals and 18 assists for a team-leading 30 points

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jaclyn Haines, D, Ohio State

Jaclyn Haines helped Ohio State to a 2-1, 5-4 sweep over Minnesota State to earn the Western Collegiate Hockey Association's Defensive Player of the Week.

The Rossland, B.C., native finished plus-1 in the Buckeyes 2-1 overtime victory to open the series last Friday. She took one shot and was on the ice for OSU's overtime game-winning goal.

Haines then went plus-3 in OSU's 5-4 win to earn the sweep on Saturday. She was the game's second star and led all players with three assists in the contest. The sophomore fired two shots and was again on the ice for OSU's game-winning score late in the third period.

Haines has five assists this season.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Caroline Ouellette, F, Minnesota-Duluth

Caroline Ouellette had five assists in Minnesota-Duluth's split with Minnesota to earn her second consecutive Western Collegiate Hockey Association Rookie of the Week selection.

The Montreal, Quebec native assisted four goals in UMD's 7-1 win over the Gophers. She assisted the game-winning goal in the contest, finished with three shots and a plus-1 rating.

The rookie then assisted the first of UMD's two goals in the team's 4-2 loss the second game. She took four shots and finished even in the contest.

Ouellette ranks second on UMD with 57 points on 23 goals and 34 assists. Her 57 points rank second in overall WCHA scoring.
