Madison, Wis. - The Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) and U.S. College Hockey Online are pleased to announce a live free video Web cast of the 2006 WCHA Women's Playoff Championships, Saturday and Sunday, March 11-12 in Minneapolis at Ridder Arena on the campus of the University of Minnesota.

Fans will be able to view both semifinals and the championship game via the USCHO women's page (www.uscho.com/women). The first semifinal will be played Saturday, March 11 at 1:07 p.m. with the second semifinal to follow at 4:07 p.m. The championship game will start at 1:07 p.m. on Sunday, March 12. All times are CST.

USCHO Game of the Week broadcaster Brian Schulz will handle the play-by-play while former Minnesota standout and 2000 WCHA Defensive Player of the Year, Winny Brodt, will provide the color commentary.

Technical production will be provided by BroadcastMonsters (www.broadcastmonsters.com). Users will need a broadband Internet connection (300 kbps or higher) and Windows Media Player to view the feed.
