MADISON, Wis. - The Western Collegiate Hockey Association sent four teams east to face members of the two ECAC conferences last weekend. Three of the four teams returned home with unbeaten marks including Minnesota, winners of 3-2 games over Brown and Harvard, Ohio State, winners over Connecticut and Providence, 3-1 and 4-3, respectively, and Minnesota-Duluth, who beat Harvard, 8-5, and tied Brown, 2-2. Wisconsin was swept at New Hampshire, 3-0 and 2-0.

Battles against schools from the East continue this coming weekend, along with one conference match-up. Ohio State visits Minnesota-Duluth riding a three-game winning streak in the only league games.

Dartmouth and New Hampshire travel to the State of Minnesota for one game each against St. Cloud State and Minnesota. Wisconsin faces St. Lawrence on neutral ground at the Thanksgiving Tournament in Lake Placid, N.Y. Also participating in the event is the U.S. Women's National Team and the North York Junior Aeros.
